Lynne Parker


MASSAGE THERAPIST
 
Lynne Parker is a qualified Massage Therapist and Member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists.
 
She was first introduced to massage whilst studying at the London Contemporary Dance School where she undertook an intensive three year physical training in Ballet and Contemporary Dance techniques. Her training was also supplemented with regular bodywork in practises such as Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais and the Alexander Technique.
 
Lynnes massages are based around the Traditional Swedish System and can also, depending on her clients needs, include elements of  Hawaiian ‘Lomi Lomi’ and/or Thermogenic Hot and Cold Stone Therapy.
 
On a more personal level Lynne has a strong interest in all aspects of living holistically.  She has attended courses and tries regularly to practice Macrobiotic Cooking and Vipassana Meditation. She enjoys reading and is also a very keen WWOOFer! (Willing Workers on Organic Farms).
