The Winter Range is based on a blend of Oils orginally designed to boost the immune system when it is a at low ebb, such as the cold, dark winter months.

The blend consists of Essences of Carrot Seed - regenerates liver cells and high in Vitamins A, C, B1 & B2, Palmarosa - protects against bacterial on viral infections, Vertivert - immune system strengthener, Niaouli - immune booster, Coriander - toning and strengthener and a digestive tonic, Tea Tree - natures natural fungal and bacterial fighter, Lavender - the all round protecter, Frankincense - immune strengthener.

Pilates Classes are Back !
We are pleased to announce that we are running courses of six Pilates classes at swissphysio on Thursdays starting on Thursday 24th April. Pilates is a form of exercise which focuses on the “core “or postural muscles. The slow and controlled movements help to strengthen the muscles which support the spine, which in turn keep the body balanced. Carried out correctly, Pilates can help to relieve back pain and improve abdominal muscle strength.
