Joanne Hare is a qualified Zen yoga teacher with a commitment to promoting the many health benefits of this great tradition. She has introduced a range of yoga classes which combine energising flow with gentle stretching. Joanne’s classes focus on physical wellbeing to increase flexibility, strength and alignment. She also promotes the benefits of Mindfulness which helps quieten the mind to meet the daily challenges of life, in a more relaxed and harmonious way.
You will be warmly welcomed into Joanne’s classes if you’d like help to enrich your life, revitalise your body and refresh your spirit. She teaches complete beginners to intermediate levels.
Cost: £6 per 60min session, £7.50 per 90min session
