- Saturday 28th January 10:30-12:00 - Winter Wellness - how to boost your immune system, improve energy & balance your mood this winter
- Saturday 18th February 10:30-12:00 - Yoga & Nutrition - a flowing class followed by health boosting nutrition session
- Saturday 18th March 10:30-12:00 - Anti-Inflammatory living - most diseases are due to inflammation in the body- this workshop will cover ways to naturally reduce inflammation and help to reverse the effects of aging on our body.
All workshops include snacks and drinks, handouts and recipes.
