Pilates

Taught by Claire Barnaby

Pilates is a form of gentle which targets the deep postural muscles building strength from the inside out. It is great for posture helping to achieve the balance between strength and flexibility, and is also an excellent way to relieve stress and tension.

It is the exercise’ form of choice for first time exercisers, and is especially recommended for people with back problems. Is also perfect for athletes and dancers looking to enhance their performance and reduce the risk of injury.

Its slow controlled approach gives much longer term results.

About the classes

Small group classes, maximum of seven people to ensure close supervision and support.

Exercises are taught in a progressive way, so that your strength and stamina are going to steadily improve you progress.
