Traditional thai massage

With it’s roots in India and adapted over thousands of years in Thailand, traditional thai massage is based on balancing your bodies energy by using pressure points along ten energy (sen) lines and consists of a series of deep stretching, gentle rocking and compression. Thai massage improves the energy flow throughout the body and gives a sense of wellbeing. The massage is performed on a mat and the recipient is fully clothed in loose fitting clothing, the therapist employs a variety of yoga like stretches / positions to also improve flexibility and deep pressure massage to stimulate circulation.
